At The Good Resume Co, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality resume writing and consulting services. We understand that sometimes a client may not be completely satisfied with our services, and we are committed to resolving any issues to the best of our abilities.
If a client is not satisfied with our services, we MAY offer a refund under the following conditions:
If we fail to deliver the resume within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Other conditions may apply, but are at the sole discretion of the Company(The Good Resume Co.)
To request a refund, the client must contact The Good Resume Co via email at [email protected] within the specified timeframes. The request must include the order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant evidence to support the request.
Once the refund request is received, we will review it and respond within three (3) business days. If the refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to the client’s original payment method within seven (7) business days.
Please note that if the client has already approved the final draft of the resume, we cannot offer a refund.
